Bread, buns & biscuits recipes
Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir together. Portion dough into two portions and place each portion on a piece of oil greased wax paper. Then put a piece of wax paper over the oil lubricated and roll with a rolling pin as flat as possible. Turn the oven on
1. Cook rugkernerne for approx. 3 dl. water and let them cool.
2. stir the yeast into the water, add carrots, sunflower seeds, rye kernels and oil.
3. Add salt.
4. Add so much flour that dough is slightly sticky.
5. knead well like 5 min with hand mixer.

dissolve yeast and honey in the lukewarm water.
Add half of the flour and the other leading edge ingrediendser. knead the dough and add gradually the rest of the flour.

Chop the butter into the flour. Add a little salt and knead water into the dough until it is smooth and drop the table easily.
Form the dough into twelve buns to be resting under a tea towel for 30 minutes.

5. Roll the dough out to a circle Ø = approximately 30 cm

It all blended together, the oven set at max, and dough put into a cold oven for approx. 25 min.
