Cut a pocket along the chops. Mix oil with parsley, rosemary, garlic and the sun-dried tomatoes. Add the pepper. Use the bacon nuts, they are first shaken on a pan. Pour off the grease. Fill the mixture into the pocket. Close the opening with a toothed plug.
Parsley Butter:
Stir the butter together with the other ingredients. Roll it in baking paper or parchment paper to a sausage and put it on the fridge. When serving, cut into thin slices and arrange on the lemon slices. A possibly Residual butter can be stored
Dough:
Mix wheat flour and salt. Whip milk, beer and egg yolk in a little while. Whip the butter. Place the dough covered in the refrigerator for approx. 1 hour. Whip the egg whites stiff and gently turn it into the dough. Heat the grease into a deep saucepan
Peel the fresh lobster tail and drizzle with a little lime juice. Stir a batter of flour, baking soda, water and salt. Heat the grape oil to the oven temperature (180 degrees). 5 min. Before serving, dip the tails into the dough and fry the oil until golden.
