Recipes with Concentrated tomato puree

Sauce: Pour the chopped tomatoes into a sieve and pass them through
Purge the chopped tomatoes through a sieve. Add the tomato paste and stir. Add spices and whip the sauce well through. This sauce is lightly made and suits all types of pizza.
Season the spices and garlic in the oil. Add the other ingredients incl. The lovely newly caught trout ;-). Boil it up and serve warmly hot.
Serve with rice and bread and cold mountain wine to.
