Remove the mold from the baking machine, put in the above order the things in.

Run on program 2, short.
Flour in a bowl, mix salt and soda with the flour, pour the oil and mix with an electric whip at the lowest speed pour so hot water for a little while still with electricity whipping when the dough starts to collect you go to knead With the hand the dough must
Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water and stir half of the flour.
Mix salt and oil in.
Stir the rest of the flour and knead it into a light dough consistency. If the dough is too soft, add a little more flour.
Let the dough rise to double size for
Pour water and core milk into the baking machine.
Then bring flour in the baking machine. Make a small dive to the dry yeast at the top if there is a delay in the back time (hours).
Then enter the program and set the degree of browning.
When done, rem
Melt the butter. Stir the mash and pour the mixture into a knead dish. Crumble make it and add the egg.
Now add sugar and wheat flour and knead it all together well. Raises approx. 1 hour.
Tapped into buns to be baked, baking approx. 30 minutes.

tips:
I usually weigh 60 gr of dough into a bowl. There will be about 30 buns of that potion. Bake at 229 gr for about 10 minutes
