200 | g | Smoked pork cubes |

Instructions for Sennepsæg
To prepare the Sennepsæg recipe, please follow these instructions:
Shake the flakes on a pan.
Boil the eggs "smiling" ie. About 6 minutes.
Melt the butter and stir it with the flour. Spread the milk and let the sauce boil for a few minutes. Stir the mustard and taste with salt and pepper.
Bring the pilled egg into the sauce and warm through. Do not let the sauce boil after adding mustard and it will bitter.
