Instructions for Onion bhajis (raw food)
To prepare the Onion bhajis (raw food) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the garlic finely and the food process all but half of the onions. A Champion Juicer is brilliant here, use the "blank screen". Chop the last half of the onion well and knead it with hand. (We forgot about Christmas, instead adding 100 grams of finely chopped walnuts. It tasted excellent) Roll to small balls, approx. 2 cm large, and dehydrates 2-24 hours. Turn frequently. Tastes brilliantly with parmesan sauce made with a bunch of fresh coriander, 1 sun dried tomato and a little lemon juice.
Mangochutney is also a great offer, along with small cauliflower bouquets and strips of red pepper.
