The chicken fillets are wrapped in bacon and swirled on a "hot" pan until the bacon has started to become crispy, the fillets are then put into an ovenproof dish. Mushrooms are drained for skins that are stored for later, chop after mushrooms and put them on the hot pan together with a little olive oil grate them until they are slightly swollen and pour the liquid from the mushrooms by boiling and then add the cream. Then pour it all over the chicken pieces and put in a preheated oven of approx. 180 gr. Oven for approx. 45 min. Or until it has become golden on top. Serve with rice and season with salt / pepper as the bacon can vary in strength.
