Recipes with Sherry
Whole mole dishes are mixed and the meat is marinated in a cool place for 36 hours.
The meat is then cooked at 150 degrees for one and a half hours with some of the marinade at the bottom of the dish. The meat is dripped frequently during frying.

Brown the chops in a little margarine and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Clean while spoon and roast parsley, cut into small pieces and steam them half-lubricated.

Served for hamburgerryg or bayonneskinke.
The sausage is cut into slices and whipped softly with a handpiece with yams and sherry. The chicken meat is cut into small cubes and stirred together with the walnuts. Serve portionwise on striped lettuce leaves.
