Recipes with Sherry
Mix all the ingredients into a dipsauce and let it stand and pull in the fridge, just a couple of hours before serving servers. Dry if necessary. With a little chili powder just before serving.

The butter is baked in a saucepan, and the slices are first sliced, add the cleaned and divided vegetables, peppercorns, laurel leaves and thyme and brown on.

tips:
Put the meat in a marinade of garlic, soy, sherry and hoisinsauce and let it soak for at least 30 minutes in refrigerator.
Grill the meat about 25 mins., not too close to the coals, or indirectly in charcoal grill.
