Recipes with Pure raw marzipan
Milk, soft butter and flour cream are crumbled and gathered quickly with egg yolk and water. The dough rests in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Whip sugar and egg well together. Stir the cocoa with the potato flour with baking soda. Grease the dough evenly on the butterfly bake paper about 30x40 cm. Bend the edges of the paper so that the dough retains its shape. Bake 6-8 minutes at 200 deg
Stir butter and sugar lightly and airily. Stir the egg yolks in.
Add the cracked marcipan with the cracked potatoes, flour and baking soda.
In the end, turn the poop whipped egg whites in.
Bake in spring form approx. 24 cm. In diameter at 175 degrees

The marzipan is processed into a lind porridge with some of the cream, the rest of the cream is boiled with the sugar, then mixed with almond milk. Boiled and leveled.
