Recipes with Danish water
Got three ice cubes in a shaker and add vodka, lime juice and sugar. Shake until the fogged up. SI it over in a large highball glass, add the rest of the ice cubes and fill with Danish water. Garnish with lemon or lime slices and a coctailbær.

Came the fresh mint leaves and a sugar cube in a long drink glass. Pour a little bit Danish water in and crush the sugar and mint with e.g. a wooden spoon. The sugar should be completely dissolved before filling the glass all the way up with crushed ice cubes
Getting in a long drink glass with ice cubes (which actually gets called a Collins glass in England) and pour the Gin, fresh lemon juice and sugar into the glass. Stir and fill up with Danish water. Stir again and garnish with a lemon slice on the glass edge.
Stir in Vodka and Cointreau on ice in long drink glass. Pour the water on, and garnish with lemon.
Tips:
Glass: Highball
Dådyrkød, pork and onion chopped into mincing machine and mix with the other ingredients. The flour is added at the end. Forcemeat is resting an hour before the place in natural intestines (can be purchased from the butcher).
