Bank the calveschnitzels so that they are uniformly thin, but never so thin that holes go.
Whip the egg into a deep dish and turn the schnitzler into it.
Then turn the schnitzler into salt and pepper mixed rasp and place them on a spoonboard for 5 minute
Po'cher the scallops in the mussel bouillon for approx. 4 min.
The parsley garlic, anchovy fillet, meriam and thawed peas are poured into blends, together with butter and mussel brothel, from the scallops, all blended together. Season with salt and pepper.
Rinse the pepper fruit pieces, cut the top off and remove the stalk and seed roll. Put the peppers and the lid in boiling water and blanch them for three minutes. Pour the oil into a saucepan, pour the chopped garlic and chopped tomatoes and season them softly
