Recipes with Rye flour
The kernels are soaked in boiling water for approx. ½ hour.
Add oil, yeast and sugar and stir it until the yeast is dissolved.

Mash the pitch and whip together with eggs and spices, then add flour a bit at a time so it does not clumber when the flour is stirred in add the milk a bit at a time.

Mix all ingredients. Step the pancakes until golden.
tips:
You may pour some oil into a glass or a cup and use a silicone brush to lubricate your forehead with. That way you do not get too much oil on your forehead :)
Crumble the yeast in a bowl and stir it with sugar and salt. Then pour water and olive oil into and possibly spices.
Stir well together and add rye flour, then durum flour and finally wheat flour.
Eat it all together well and cover it for about 30 minutes
