Recipes with Large onion
Use half oil and half-stirring margarine. Cut the onions when the oil is broken. Let the onions become golden / soft before the meat comes in.
When the meat is browned and there is no more liquid, stir the crushed garlic and wine in until the wine is taken.
Cut the onions into smaller pieces - turn them on.
Bring broth and pour water into it to cover the bulbs. Bring salt and pepper. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Then cream in. Let it cook a little and taste it. Eight even with maizena. Enjoy:-)
