Desserts (warm) recipes
Melt the butter and brown the sugary gently on a pan. Peel the bananas, halve them lengthwise, put them in one layer on the forehead so they are covered by the sugar stock. Let them simmer quietly for a good 3 minutes, turn them once. Screw up the heat complet

Depending on how much residual rice you have left, mix more or less of the other ingredients into the dough. It must be coherent and firm. It is an advantage if it is allowed to pull a little in the fridge before putting it on a hot pan with oil.

Whip the egg whites.
Whip the margarine airy and mix egg yolks and sugar in. Then put quark and raisins in and turn gently into egg whites.
If the pancakes are not cooked in the oven, the pancakes are baked and served and filled.
If made in the oven,
Mix the dough (butter, sugar, egg, flour, vanilla sugar and milk) together and put it on a hot forehead. Sprinkle the raisin on and turn it when it is golden. When the other side is golden, the dough is torn into small pieces and served hot.
Mix rice flour, 2 dl sugar and 5 dl juice and cook it to a doughy consistency. In another pot, boil with the rest of the sugar and vanilla to a similar consistency. Cool and roll small mung beans.
