Instructions for Yogurt Mousse
To prepare the Yogurt Mousse recipe, please follow these instructions:
Findel the bears with a whip or in the blender. Add sugar and yogurt and whisk it together. Put it in the freezer until it's even, approx. 12 hours. Stir occasionally in it.
Whip the egg whites stiff. Turn them into the fruit stock. Put it in the freezer again 1-2 hours before serving. It is stirred in it occasionally. It must be soft and sewn on serving.
This yogurt mousse is quick and easy to make. It is fresh in taste and a nice dessert on a hot summer day. The yoghurt mousse can also be made with raspberries, black currants or other fruit.
