Ingredients for Wild boar with grape and bean puree

Whole peppercorns in different colors
Olive oil
Pepper
Salt
Sage leaves
1Large onions cut into small pieces
1twigThyme
10Juniper
10dlWhite wine
1000gWild boar cut into large squares (can be substituted with pork)
200gButton mushrooms, sliced
200gGreen whole grapes
200gDried beans or 1 small can of type cannellini
2-3Bay leaves

To prepare the Wild boar with grape and bean puree recipe, please follow these instructions:

Com wild boar meat in a frying pan with onions, all the spices and olive oil, and then turn on the heat. It's all Brown well.
