Instructions for Wienerboller with filling
To prepare the Wienerboller with filling recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir out the yeast with egg and sugar, after which all the other ingredients are thoroughly kneaded together to a uniform mass. The fat must not be softened, but its normal consistency. The dough that has to be cold is set to rest in a cool place for 15 minutes,
Then collapse and roll out to a square piece of 30 * 30 cm. Divide into 4 pieces in the longitudinal direction so that there are 16 small squares. On each small square place 1 teaspoon remonce.
The 4 corners fold over the filling, press together to close it. Place the pieces on a greased plate with the joint downwards. Cover the dough pieces with a cloth and set them for a slight spot for 30 minutes.
Brush with the battered eggs and bake on the oven's middle groove at 200 degrees for about 12 minutes. The oven must have the right temperature from the start. The chilled buns are decorated with chocolate glasses.
