Instructions for Whole grain bread (microwave)

To prepare the Whole grain bread (microwave) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix wheat flour, whole wheat flour, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.

Carefully brush the butter into the mixture and make a hole in the middle of the dough.

Bring milk, vinegar and dark syrup into a jug, like the oven set for 30 seconds at 100%.

Pour the mixture into the flour and knead the dough for 1-2 minutes.

Continue to knead until the dough is even and firm. Form it to a loaf and sprinkle the oatmeal over. Cut a deep cross in the top of the bread.

Lay the parchment paper on the oven plate and put the bread on it.

Bag 6 minutes at 100%. For every 1½ minute turn the bread ¼ turn.

Try with a stick if the bread is baked completely. When the dough drops, the bread is finished. If necessary, bake the bread for another 1 minute at 100%.
