Ripe greasy in rudder pattern. Rub the meat with salt, pepper and a fat chopped garlic. Lay it on the oven grinder over the pan and spread butter bubbles over it. Place the meat in the middle of the oven at 225 degrees for approx. 10 min. Dip the heat to 110 degrees and pass the meat to a step thermometer showing 55 degrees.
