1 | Large or 2 small grilled/fried chickens like well seasoned | |
1 | dl | Whisky |
10–15 | slices | Cheese |
2 | dl | Cream |
Instructions for Whiskey chicken
To prepare the Whiskey chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:
Clips or cut the chicken into large serving pieces fit. Put them in a baking dish.
Splash them with whisky, cover the dish with foil and let stand for about 1 hour. Pour out like the chicken pieces over some times (with whisky).
Pour piskefløden into the dish around the chicken, so there will be a neat seam. Tires chicken pieces completely with slices of cheese.
The Court gratineres at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes until the chicken is hot, and through the cloud starts to boil a bit. So is the right ready to be served.
Serving suggestion: serve with rice and a fresh salad, solve or roast potatoes and steamed broccoli.
Tips:
You can of course also use a fresh chicken to court. Start with the roast chicken and season it well. Gratineringen now takes a little less time, since the chicken is already warm.
