3½ | dl | Buttermilk |
400 | g | Wheat flour |
80 | g | Wheat cores |
Instructions for Wheat Coarse Bread
To prepare the Wheat Coarse Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Wheat crockery is poured over boiling water and will be next day.
Bring yeast and buttermilk in. Salt and flour are added and the dough is well kneaded. Set for tilting a tight spot approx. 1 hour.
The dough is thrown down and shaped into a loaf of bread. Repeats approx. 15 minutes.
Bagetid approx. 35 minutes at 200 degrees
