Ingredients for Walnut pie 04

100 | g | Walnut kernels |
2 | tsp | Water |
2.5 | dl | Sugar |
4 | tbsp | Potato flour |

50 | g | Chopped walnuts |
6 | dl | Whipped cream |
Instructions for Walnut pie 04
To prepare the Walnut pie 04 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring eggs, sugar and water in a bowl and whip until it is white and airy. Mix the walnuts in. Mix wheat flour and potato flour and baking soda. Sift the flour into the egg yolk and mix well. Pour the dough into a greased and floured round shape. Bake the cake at 175 degrees on a slight groove for about 30 minutes. Let the cake cool. Shake the walnuts to the filling in the oven at 175 degrees for about 15 minutes. Save about 15 kernels to decorate and chop the rest. Whip the cream stiff. Mix 1/3 of cream-skim with the chopped walnuts. Divide the cake into three bottoms. Wide half of the apple sauce over the bottom bottom. Cover with half the walnut foam and lay next bottom over. Bring the rest of the apple sauce and some of the walnut skim over the bottom and put the last bottom. Tap it lightly. Wide or spray the rest of the whipped cream over the cake so that it is completely covered. Decorate with walnuts and chocolate and leave the cake cold for at least 1 hour.
tips:
Cakes with potato flour should preferably be placed in the oven as soon as the dough has come into the mold. Otherwise the potato flour will sink to the bottom and the cake will be heavy.
