Ingredients for Vitos squash dish

10-15tbspBread crumbs (broken Biscuits are best)
1-2Finely chopped onion
300gFreshly grated parmasan (El. other cheese)
3-4Medium-sized Zucchini (about 800 gr cut into thin slices lengthwise
4Large tomatoes (about 500 gr) cut into thin slices

Instructions for Vitos squash dish

To prepare the Vitos squash dish recipe, please follow these instructions:

Grease the bottom of a refractory dish (about 25 * 25 cm) with olive oil
Cover the bottom of the dish with squash slices to overlap each other. Distribute half of the basil on the squash. Sprinkle with half the chopped onions. Then a layer of tomato slices so it completely covers. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with half of the cheese. Finish with half of the rasp spread thinly all over the dish + little olive oil upstairs. Repeat it all so there are two layers of all the vegetables. Sprink extra rasp upstairs to get a crunchy crust. Dip the top with olive oil. Bake in the oven at 200 g for about 30 minutes.
