Instructions for Velouté au raisin
To prepare the Velouté au raisin recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the mustots and chop them in 20g butter for 5 minutes under the lid. Mix the chopped onions with walnuts, add grape juice, madeira, ginger, salt and pepper. Reduce the sauce under low heat for 20 minutes and add the rest of the butter to pieces during whipping. Fits fried or grilled light meat (chicken, turkey, veal, pork)
