Instructions for Vegetable Stage II
To prepare the Vegetable Stage II recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring the broccoli bouquets into leachate water approx. 3 minutes. Take them up and drop them in a sieve. Also cook the carrots in salted water for 4-5 minutes, also let them drizzle. Whip egg and milk together and add the cheese, onions, salt and pepper, whisk the mixture well together. Dress a piece of baking paper. Place half of the broccoli in a even layer with the heads the same way. Pour 1/3 of the egg yolk over. Put the boiled carrots on top of an even layer and pour a little of the egg on top. Put the rest of the broccoli on and finish with the rest of the egg yolk. Squeeze the vegetables together. Bake baking paper over the mold and behind the dish in the middle of the oven at 175 degrees approx. 1 hour.
