To prepare the Vegetable Lasagna In recipe, please follow these instructions:

The vegetables are cleaned and cut into smaller pieces.

Sauté the chopped onion and the crushed garlic in a little oil, add the remaining vegetables and sauté them with some minutes to the start to give off moisture.

Add a can of tomatoes and possibly. a little water and a bouillon cube and seasoning. There must be wetness at approximately half of the vegetables.

When the vegetables are tender out the layered with Mornay sauce and lasagna sheets.

Heats approximately 35-40 minutes at 200 degrees c. alm. oven.
