To prepare the V. Hunderups 5-grain bread (cold superscripts and koleste recipe, please follow these instructions:

8 dl. Boiling water is poured into a bowl with the 500 g. organic 5-grain mixture. The mixture stands in soft in my 2 hours (to Max. be lukewarm).
