Ingredients for Urtegårds chicken

Basil, fresh
Pepper
Salt
1Green bell pepper
1Yellow bell pepper

1Red bell pepper
1Squash
2tbspHerbes de provence, dried

2tbspParsley, fresh
4Chicken fillet without skin and bones
4dlRice

Instructions for Urtegårds chicken

To prepare the Urtegårds chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:

Rub chicken fillets with salt, pepper and Herbes de Provense.

Arrow and chop garlic and onion. Rinse the vegetables. Inserts squashen into cubes. Halve the peppers and remove the seeds and white membrane and stilkefæstet-striml peberfrugten rough.

Put the lid on and let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Stir in parsley and put the chicken fillets on top. Put the lid on and let it simmer for a further 5 minutes.

Garnish with Basil and serve the Court with rice or couscous.
