Instructions for Tzatziki raw
To prepare the Tzatziki raw recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sunflower seeds are softened for at least 1 hour, preferably longer.
The cucumbers are roughly ripped and put into draining in a door layer.
The sunflower seeds are blended or food processes with a little of cucumber juice until they are completely smooth. There is not too much juice in it that can always be added more. Cucumbers are added and seasoned with lemon juice, sea salt, garlic and dill.
Server with small twigs of fresh dill.
tips:
Excessive cucumber juice should not be thrown out, but beverage!
