Instructions for Turkey Breast with apples and parsnips
To prepare the Turkey Breast with apples and parsnips recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turkey Breast cut into slices of approx. 1 cm thickness. Slices sprinkled with Rosemary and draws around a 1/2 hour. Brown the slices on the Pan in margarine and sprinkled with salt and pepper. Slices are taken of the forehead.
Onions, parsnips and apples cut into cubes and FRY in margarine in the pan. Water, milk, vermouth and cornstarch whipped together and added when the vegetables are almost tender. The sauce tasted with salt and pepper.
The meat shall be laid down in the sauce and warmed through.
