To prepare the Tunfrikadeller (cheap + low fat) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Tear the potato on the rough side of the iron. Turn most of the water off. Cut half of the loaf well and tear the other half roughly. Turn the water off. Mix potato and onion and add a little lemon juice as well as salt and pepper. Add the egg and mix well. Pour the water from the tuna and carefully tap most of the water. Gently stir in the tuna with a fork, so that the texture and pieces of meat are preserved. Turn the tuna into the potato mixture. Beware the tuna does not get mast.
The parsley is made into fry dishes (about 8 pieces) and fry on a pan in oil until golden on both sides.
