2canTuna naturel
200gSoft butter

Instructions for Tuna Mousse I

To prepare the Tuna Mousse I recipe, please follow these instructions:

Pour the oil / water from the tuna. Mash the tuna in a bowl with an electric whip or fork. Add butter, cream fraiche, lemon juice and spices. Stir it all together and taste it.

Fill the mousse into a pie shape or a bowl. Place it covered in a refrigerator for at least ½ day. Decorate with a well crust before serving.

The mousse can also be served portionwise with salad leaves, lemon boats, watercress and toast / flute.
