To prepare the Tuna meatballs with pepper blend recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chop the tuna meat through a meat chopper or in a food processor. Then add eggs, flour, salt, pepper, peppers and soy sauce. Finally stir in milk until the consistency is appropriate.
