Oily fish such as URf.eks. mackerel, herring and sea trout are particularly suitable for charcoal-or ovngrill. You should use a fish grate-remember the barbecue time depends on the size of the fish! Flip the fish often and rain with approx. 10 minutes as the thumb fingeregel.
