Instructions for Tomato relish for burger
To prepare the Tomato relish for burger recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the flour on the tomatoes, put them in boiling water for a few minutes, pick them up and put them in cold water and flake them.
Chop the sauce well, fry it in the oil with even heat until it is soft (possibly with chopped chilli) for approx. 3 minutes. Add vinegar and honey and let it caramelize a little, for approx. 1 1/2 minute.
Add the 4 finely chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, chopped parsley and finely chopped garlic and simmer for a thick consistency, for approx. 5 minutes. Season with some salt and pepper.
Allow the relish to cool before use.
tips:
Tip: Together with a 125 g steak, 2 pieces. Bacon, 2 slices of cheese, one handful baby spinach, a couple of tablespoons. Pickles, a little salad mayonaise and a burger bowl, you can make a good burger on la Sunsets.
