1 | tsp | Calcium sulfate dissolved in 1 tbsp. water per liter of soy milk |
Instructions for Tofu - Tufo - Okara
To prepare the Tofu - Tufo - Okara recipe, please follow these instructions:
Some soybeans are washed and soaked in cold water approx. 10 hours.
The beans are blended with three parts of water.
After the mixture add another six parts of water and cook for 10-15 minutes.
The mass is filtered through a dish or a cloth.
While the soy milk is still hot add 1 teaspoon. Calcium sulphate dissolved in 1 tbsp. Water per Liter soy milk. Leave it for 10 minutes. And gently wrap around once every two minutes.
The dough is poured off, and the tofu puts a sieve wrapped in a dish. A heavy object, for example. Put a stone upstairs and squeeze the tofu for approx. one hour.
Place the tofu in a bowl of water for four to five hours.
Eat the tofu fresh - it tastes best.
tips:
During fabrication if tofu is also obtained another exciting substance - okara. That's what's left in the laundry when the soybean is filtered after boiling. Okara is very rich in fiber and vitamins and can be used in baked goods - or dried as a component of muesli
