To prepare the Tiramisu 03 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Share the eggs and come plums and whites in their own sole. Whip the egg yolks together with a flourish to a thick and airy mass. Come to the mascarpone in the mass.
Whip the whites to staple foam and turn them into the cheese dough.
Place 1/3 of the cheese dough in a nice glass bowl. Cover with half of the biscuits.
Mix coffee and cognac and pour half over the biscuits.
Cover with a new layer of cheese then the rest of the biscuits and coffee / cognac mixture. Finish with a layer of cheese dough.
Leave the dessert covered in the refrigerator for approx. 12 hours.
