125 | g | Cold butter into cubes |
3 | dl | White wine |

Instructions for Thyme sauce
To prepare the Thyme sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
In a small pot, Timian, white wine, garlic, mustard onion, bay leaf and lemon juice, boil between heat until sauce is reduced by 1/3 about 15 minutes. Add the whipped cream and cook the sauce until it is reduced to half, stir the sauce whole time. Add the butter one lump at a time until all the butter has come in, taste with salt and pepper and sift the sauce
