1 | dl | Icing sugar |
1 | tbsp | Punch rum or lemon juice |
2-3 | tbsp | Sugar |
3 | dl | Whipped cream |
3 | dl | Tart Apple sauce |
4 | Rolled fillet round bottoms |
Instructions for Thumbsheet 1
To prepare the Thumbsheet 1 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Roll finished biscuit plates to round bottom and place them on some greased plates. Knock the bottom with a fork. Brush with a little water and sprinkle them with sugar. Behind the bottoms on the bottom groove at 250 degrees for about 5 minutes. Carefully loosen the bases from the plate, but let them become the bodies until they are cold, or put them on a baker. Whip the cream to the fillet stiff. Stir flour and punch together into a lump-free icing. Put 3 of the bottoms together with whipped cream and apple sauce. Cover with the fourth base and wide glaze over.
