To prepare the The go'e oatmeal recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix grit and liquid (water, milk or half of each) in a saucepan and place the hob slightly below medium heat. When the porridge starts to boil, stir in the pan until the porridge has a thin and lime consistency, then turn off the heat.
