The ingredients are mixed and lubricated/pressed thinly, in the desired shape on a baking sheet. I usually make two bottoms out of this recipe. Baked golden brown at 200 degrees c.
OBS will be not just as good with hot air
Tips:
Bottoms may be smeared with chocolate or fudge while they are hot. The bottoms can then be used whole, or fractures (they can be very crisp to eat with teaspoon/cake fork) merged with ice cream or whipped cream, if desired. mixed with fruit.
My absolute favorite is the bottoms with chocolate in the breach, with homemade Strawberry ice cream between the two layers.
