To prepare the The best sausage rolls recipe, please follow these instructions:
Milk lunes and yeast stirred out herein.
Break up the butter with your fingers in the flour to it looks like grated cheese.
Milk with yeast, salt, sugar and eggs are added and the dough is kneaded smooth and supple. The dough raises covered 1 hour.
The dough is kneaded then easily through and divided into 4 equal pieces, each rolled out to a circle and divided into 8 triangles (which must be 32 triangles in total).
A small dollop of ketchup being placed on each triangle together with a sausage and triangle rolled together from the wide end and added with snippen down on baking sheet.
The horns after raising 30 minutes, brush with egg and Bake 15-20 min in preheated oven at 200 degrees c. alm. oven.
Tips:
Variation: instead of sausages, you can fill the horns with grated cheese and ham strips. It tastes too wildly good.
Instead of brunshpĂžlser you can use alm. sausages cut in half.
