2 | tbsp | Whipping cream or water |
2-3 | tbsp | Oil for frying |
Instructions for Thai omelette
To prepare the Thai omelette recipe, please follow these instructions:
The egg is whipped with cream or water. Fiskesovs, Sambal Oelek and Coriander leaves are added. The oil is heated on a small forehead and the egg mass is poured on. Step as a pancake with high heat on both sides.
Serve immediately with fresh salad or other vegetables like decorations.
tips:
The omelette can also be used as an accessory for Fried rice and noodles. It is rolled together and shredded.
