1 | stem | Lemon grass |
1 | cm | Ginger |
1 | can | Coconut milk |
1 | tsp | Salt |
2 | tbsp | Butter or peanut oil |
2 | dl | Water |
3.5 | dl | Jasminris |
Instructions for Thai kokosris
To prepare the Thai kokosris recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the ginger and lemon grass and chop it finely. Chop the nuts coarsely ground. Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the rice in 2 minutes. Add the coconut milk, water, Lemongrass, salt and ginger. Put the lid on and let it cook for 10 minutes.
Let the rice pulling the other 10 minutes, turn over so half of ground nuts in and sprinkle with the other half.
