Ingredients for Tea buns

1 | tsp | Salt |
100 | g | Butter |
2 | tsp | Sugar |
3 | dl | Sour cream |
50 | g | Yeast |
650 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Tea buns
To prepare the Tea buns recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt butter and cool it off.
Stir the yeast into the water-add the sour cream, butter, salt, sugar and most of the flour.
Knead more flour in the dough becomes glossy and supple.
Let dough raise lunt obscured in the bowl for about 1 hour.
Knead it and roll easily through it into a sausage. Cut it into 24 pieces and roll them into buns-After highlighted 15 min on plate with wax paper. Brushed with egg.
Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15-18 my
Tips:
I make these buns for birthdays, and it can easily be split up so that only will be 12. and raisins, I use only if it is children's birthday party. My kids are totally wild with these buns.
