To prepare the Tapioca Koko with Colombo Coulis recipe, please follow these instructions:
A saucepan boil milk and sugar with coconut flakes in ca. 2-3 min. then let it stand in the pan for 10 minutes the milk is poured through a sieve into another saucepan, and boil up again. Tapiokaen came in, and cook at low heat for about 20 mins. Remember to stir gently into the Pan in between. After boiling take the pan of the heat and stirring constantly legeres mass with 2 ægggeblommer. Pour the tapioca is the mass, in a dish and leave to cool.
