0.75 | tsp | Salt |
1.75 | dl | Water |
2 | tbsp | Butter |
5 | dl | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Taco bread
To prepare the Taco bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix the flour, salt and baking soda. Work the butter into the flour, then add the soft water and knead the dough well so it becomes smooth. Lay it out on floured board. Portion the dough in half, form it to two lengths and cut each length in 4 equal pieces. Let them rest under a dress in my 15-30.
Roll the pieces of dough onto round bread, about 13 cm in diameter. Brush off superfluous flour.
Behind the loaves on a dry skillet for about 1 ½ mins on each side until they have got color.
Let loaves cooling on a wire rack for a moment and then in a plastic bag, so they do not become dry.
