1 1/2dlWater
1/2tbspOil
1/4pkgYeast
250gWheat flour

Instructions for Syrian breadballs

To prepare the Syrian breadballs recipe, please follow these instructions:

Dissolve yeast in hand heated water

Add the oil and salt. Add the flour a little at a time. Spread the dough together into a very soft dough.

Let the dough raise covered for approx. 45 minutes.

Spread the dough on a scratched table top and divide it into six bowls. Push the balls flat and allow them to adhere for approx. 30 minutes.

Bake the balls on a dry frying pan at low heat. Behind the balls until they are light brown on both sides. Please try. With a step needle on the balls is still sticky inside.
