Instructions for Swiss carrot cake
To prepare the Swiss carrot cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on the oven at 175 c. Butter and sprinkle the bread crumbs in a rim shape or springform, which houses well 2 litres. Beat the egg yolks and sugar together until it is white and light. Add the lemon zest, chopped nuts and grated carrots. Mix the baking soda into flour and turn it gently into the dough. Beat the egg whites very stiff and turn them in the dough also.
